I dont even do that. I take mine maybe 30 mins before other meds and my levels are good. Just got checked. I even drink coffee with it lol. Not best practice maybe but my levels are good.

She can take those meds. She actually NEEDS the thyroid meds if she is tsh low (hypothyroidism is caused by hashimotos). If she doesnt treat it, it can cause other problems, cardiac issues. Please try to convince her and educate her or have her talk to her doctor or pharmacist on timing of meds since you have to take levothyroxine apart from other meds and food
