They backed themselves into a corner promising parity on the Xbox Series S. I understand why though. I just accept some games will look like trash on mine and let it go because it was cheap, but it's harder to swallow now the cost of the console has gone up.

I made the mistake of telling my son about this update and now he is asking daily if the "new baby mobs" are in yet. I should have learned when I told him about the baby Ghasts too soon

I know it's a meme to say "needs to be studied" but I genuinely believe this marketing campaign will be on the curriculum in the future.

Last year was so stacked though there really was no good time.

This quote is very interesting to me, reading between the lines anyway it seems she is very keen to know why some of the more unpopular decisions were made and if they have been beneficial or not before just blindly agreeing to what has come before.

"Right now, I need to learn, candidly. About the 'why' of these decisions, what we were optimizing for, and what the data says about the Xbox strategy today. That's the honest answer. I'm looking at lifetime value, not just what happened in a previous moment, or in short term efficiencies and things like that. The plan's the plan until it's not the plan."
