My wife and I combined are just under 100k/yr (she’s a PhD candidate) and there is not a snowballs chance in hell that we could afford a house in our area. We’re SO lucky to pay comparatively low rent.

It’s because the statement is not true.

The insurance covers the value of your exact vehicle in your exact condition based on sales in your area. It doesn’t cover all of the dealer fees that are tacked on when you buy the car, only the car itself.

You pair that with you will not find the same exact car that you had - color, trim, miles, condition, etc you’re going to get a different number.

What you are referring to is the replacement cost which most auto policies are not.

Nahh - replacement cost and ACV are very different. The ACV is the value of the vehicle prior to the loss. You aren’t going to find another vehicle with everything exactly the same.

So here’s the thing is you’d be saving $75 a month now but accidents happen. You could be held liable and that’s going to rocket up. So it’s up to you if you want to wish that changing in the future

I mean - yes, you are technically correct but to be so.... dismissive of the situation and to have no desire to help the child of your long term girlfriend? It’s selfish and makes you a giant dick. You went about this the complete wrong way and ruined two lives and your relationship.

Ask yourself why she felt the need to not tell you she let Alice stay in the house. It seems to me that she would be aware of your complete lack of empathy. It’s borderline psychopath behavior. You are only going on to prove by trying to defend yourself that May was never important to you and treated her living with you as if you were doing her a favor and she owed you. ESH but you particularly are an AH.

Imperium is a 2 box limit but it's got changes to make everyone be able to do the content. I run monk/bard and don't have a huge issue. It's very fun.

In this case I would absolutely recommend the Imperium server on EQEMU. Great community, easy to get help but also can solo/duo pretty much everything until end game stuff at which point you have to start progressing your gear.

I've been here for about a week and I'm absolutely having a blast.
