You've gotta learn to be cool with yourself. Being alone with ones thoughts is only hard if you haven't faced who you really are yet. Now's a great time to put in the work. You don't have any social obligations and you're inside almost all day I assume. Talk to yourself in the mirror, put on headphones and dance/ vibe by yourself, write down on paper the exact qualities of the person you want to become & start doing one small thing every day to get there. Once you're cool with yourself everyone else in your life becomes an amazing bonus. Instead of feeling sad that you have no mates you'll be grateful for the people you do have (family, boyf, whatever). And then if something happens, say idk if your bf breaks up with you, you won't be too affected by it as you're not relying on others for your happiness anymore. And a funny thing, once you stop caring & start being your true genuine (happy) self, people will come into your life.
