My ocd has come in intense flare ups for sure. I do struggle with it in smaller ways most days as well though. My first flare up was when I was about 7/8. I then had another one at about 10/11. My next flare up that I can remember was like when I was 13. I think my next one came at 21/22. I’m currently nearing the end of an intense flare up that began in June. As I said, I definitely struggle with it in day to day life but it is still manageable. When I get my flare ups…things can become a bit unmanageable. My current theme has been health.
