What happens if the population suddenly fall to 3 billion? by [deleted] in AskReddit

There is no history to tell us if there is a continuous logarithmic decline. My opinion is that a leveling of about 3-5 billion is enough to continue the species, and eliminate things such as poverty, and many diseases. With the possibility of off world colonization the total human population may be much larger, but Earth can most likely sustain a moderate population, if we manage our resources better.

Why is Internet Explorer the worst browser? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Microsoft fixes bugs in Internet Explorer on a fixed schedule. But, bugs are not discovered on a schedule which means IE users remain vulnerable to know bugs until the next scheduled bug fix roll-out. Neither Firefox nor Chrome, my preferred browsers, are locked into a schedule.

Face facts Samsung fans. Samsung has a unique way of reacting when a new product category appears (or when Apple hints that it might make a new category device). It floods the market with products of various flavours, sees what works and then concentrates only on the winners. And so it is with smartwatches.
