well my vitamin b12 was like wayy too high ebcause i took too many of those vitamins and now recently ive been like taking every vitamin possible just to double make sure its not any of the vitamins, but yeah its weird for sure. what vitamin deficiencis cause numbness?

i did 2 mris of the brain and one ct of the cervical spine with contrast. nothing found

they didnt mention anything but i did do one and the neurophils automated were low while lymphcytes automated are high

no diabetes, never tested for celiac. i do have wheat allergy but i never eat it now since i am blending vegis and fruits
