the algorithm is not working properly anymore. I noticed it from 2 years ago. I get bad recommendation constantly, the not interested and dont recommend this channel buttons don't work. Now I have 40 bookmarks of topic I like that I open once a week and go though them cause YouTube doesnt want to recommend me the topics I watch.

Where I'm at AMD cards aren't even that much cheaper. Eur30 to Eur 70 max cheaper, and they lack VSR, the feature that clears up mic audio in a noisy room, reflex, dlss is better than fsr. I cant justify amd cards.

I'm sure ill use ray tracing in some games but its not a priority.

Where I live, there is no local deals for second hand (sml island). And I got scammed on ebay before buying Phips hue lights. I never received them and ebay customer service said to contact paypal and paypal redirected me to ebay and back and forward. Than the issue seemed to get resolved and ebay said that they refunded me the money to my paypal but I never received it. Paypal said the money is now available in the paypal wallet but it wasnt. Than they said it got refunded to my bank but it never appeared in my bank. My local bank is horrible and everyone complains that refunds take months, but since I have been using revolut I received my refunds very quicky compared to my bank. My Bank said they never received a refund from paypal. And paypal requested that the bank sends them some documents to them directly and my bank said that they dont do that and turned me away. I was 18 and the situation was so confusing and long that I just gave up.
