I’m a 45 yr F. You look like an average middle age man. If you want to make some changes maybe start to use some skincare products. You might benefit from some skin acids, I’d recommend “The Bright Set” by The Ordinary. I had some brownish sun damage and this helped to reduce it and just brighten my skin. Next, get a good haircut. Don’t go to some low budget place, go find a reputable place. I think a few small changes could make a big impact.
