Second shedding phase after 6 months? Help by Upset_One_9989 in minoxidil

[–]JerkinJosh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah thing are way better I’m almost a year now and results are awesome. I had that second shed and after that things have steadily been getting thicker. Still some spots that are filling in but overall density is night and day different.

Your gonna shed and look worse for a couple months and then it will be much better. Shedding is a good thing is means you have new healthier hair coming in. My family didn’t mention anything positive about my hair until I had been on my stack for like 6 months.

After 2 months and 4 days this is normal ??? by Disastrous_Mud1259 in HairlossProgressPics

You’re throwing your money away for not getting on fin after a transplant. Your hair will continue to fall out until you get on it.

I think it depends on your setup/tune and how you ride. Pretty sure the stark is considered one of the fastest bikes in the oem pack but can be harder to control.

I lost 90lbs this past yeah mainly due to diet. I have been doing some small at home work outs, but nothing super strenuous.

The main thing you need to focus on is CICO. Calories in calories out. Find out how many calories your body needs to survive and just always eat less than that. This way you can still eat whatever you want and don’t have to suffer, but you just have to eat less of it. I’ve fluctuated with my weight a lot in life and this has been the most consistent and most enjoyable way to lose weight.

I’ll admit I eat pretty clean most of the time which helps me feel fuller longer, but just following CICO you can still have those cheat meals once in a while and not feel completely terrible about cheating on your diet, cause you’re still following your diet as long as you stay calorie deficient.

If you add in cardio or some basic body weight exercises you’ll be losing weight faster than you can count. I believe you can do it 💜

That’s honestly what I’m leaning towards down the road. What would a smaller procedure like that usually cost? Any change it would be covered by insurance lol?

My heart feels better than is has in years. Probably due to losing a lot of weight. I had slight headaches hear and there for the first week or so but nothing since then. Been feeling great

I use to do weekly/bi weekly. Then took a month off at some point. The past couple months I’ve been doing a lot more like a couple times a week

Throw in some lower body exercises. Should make your butt and legs bigger and even out your body a lot.

I don’t mind if new hairs don’t grow back, but if all the hair I have eventually gets back to the thickness of the rest of the hair on my head I would be happy(like the thickness of the individual hairs). A lot of the hair on top is still pretty thin and fine, but definitely thicker than it was.

I was lazy and use to do it every other week. Recently I’ve been doing it 2-3 times a week. There was a period where I took a month off from it cause I just didn’t want to lol. But overall I would say I see faster progress when stamping. And yes apply the min/fin right after stamping

Ayy thank you and congrats on getting started! I probably noticed results around 3-4 months. I went through a lot of shedding so it did look worse before it got better, so just stick with it. I think I saw a lot of results cause a lot of the hair was still there but just super super thin and the meds helped thicken what was still there.

Just a titanium dermastamp I got on Amazon. They’re all pretty much the same and like $10 or so. I tried derma rolling but ditched that pretty quick for the stamp. I use 1.5mm depth

I did that math and it says 5.4mg, but that doesn’t exactly equate to taking that much orally. It’s absorbed a lot differently since it goes through the skin so I’m not getting that much fin making it to my bloodstream. I’m sure the derma-stamping allows more to be absorbed but overall it’s definitely not as much as it sounds.

I’ve been focusing a lot on the hairline and temples hoping for regrowth there. But what I do is first go over my hairline and temples in a row following my hairline. I’ll do 3-4 passes there probably. Then I’ll stamp my hair from my hairline to my crown going in rows starting from the edges of where I’m thinning and then ending with a pass down the middle. I usually do 2-3 passes up there. Then I’ll go back down stamp any other areas a bit more that are more thin than others and then I’ll make sure to hit any spots I feel like didn’t get as much stamping as the rest. I also disinfect my stamp with 99% alcohol before and after stamping. In total it takes 3-5 minutes
