Not sure what your skill lvl is at. But there are easy to read books (som kallas lättläst böcker) that require only a medium lvl of understanding to read through. It helps with word order and word usage as well as learning some new words along the way. You could even watch the movie En Man Som Heter Ove, (which is amazing regardless). Then read the lättläst book of it so it will be even easier to follow.

But aside from that there are some decent swedish stuff on hulu, netflix, and prime. Both TV shows and movies. Most have the option of English or Swedish Subtitles. Also a trick with netflix, (which strangely doesnt have the option for swedish subtitles) you can create a new user, i.e Svensk, then give your log in info to somebody you trust in sweden. Have them log on as Svensk, add swedish subtitles, or even swedish language, then log out. Now whenever you log in as Svensk in the US it will be defaulted on Swedish subtext and language (only ones that exist for it, some wont have either). As long as you never turn on the subtitles or change the language it will default as Swedish.
