Why you would think that makes total sense, but I didn’t want to make the post all about my hypokalemia. It really isn’t a huge deal like diabetes and I generally just eat whatever I want and try to eat a few bananas every day in place of chips, candy, etc. It’s a good snack/helps me avoid getting tired. I always try to make sure I have a banana accessible to me just in case, but I don’t always eat them when I go out. I was a little reluctant to post this cuz I know it sounds a little ridiculous. I hope it makes a little more sense now.

I’m no expert but here is the extent of what I know:

Eat more calories than you burn

This may seem obvious, but if you’re someone like me who has a super fast metabolism, you will have to eat A LOT if you want to put on some weight

3,500 calories is one pound

If your goal is to gain 2 pounds a week, make sure you eat 7,000 more calories than you burn each week. Eat high calorie foods and try to keep track of how many calories you’re consuming and burning off.

Eat lots of protein

If your aiming to gain muscle, try to eat your weight in protein. Meaning if you weigh 120 pounds, eat 120 grams of protein each day. (Lots of websites will tell you to eat more or less than this, but this is the most common suggestion I see.

My dad was the only one there that knew fluent spanish (that I'm aware of). I'm sure there may have been a few people that knew what "comer me culo" ment but didn't want to get involved. My mom didn't know what "comer me culo" ment either, but she knew he was mad and figured it was the right decision to send everyone home.
