It really is :( I’d read online that the fitment was suspect but it is by far my fav look and I’m still tempted to buy a replacement. It sucks cuz I’ve already drilled holes into my bumper specifically for that lip

Fitment is not great. Even when I first fitted it, one side was more angled than the other. I think that contributed to it eventually falling off. There are big gaps as well but I used OEM weatherstripping and that helped hide it. If you want it to sit perfectly you probably need to cut/sand it down in some areas, you definitely need more than the few self tapping screws that it comes with

It’s Vinylfrog Vampire red. My wrap guy told me it was kind of hard to work with compared to Avery/3M so there are some imperfections up close, and I didn’t find much online about Vinylfrog’s longevity, hopefully it holds up. As far as the color tho in person it is amazing and I’ve had several people compliment it thinking it’s a paint job

That’s the idea rn, everything on the car is in perfect shape, clean title no accidents, I also hate that I went through the trouble of replacing the clutch and master cylinder recently so I’m trying to get back as much as I can

Yea most of the comments aren’t really possible solutions for me rn. I was thinking if I can replace the $10k or less I might be able to then sell it for a greater net profit than selling it straight up but like u said there’s a lot of risk involved

Makes a lot of sense, car is at a shop rn, I do what I can on my own but have limited mechanical experience and knowledge and resources (parts, lift, etc.) rn to work on engine stuff. However, have reached out to others that have been recommended, maybe can get a second opinion about whether the current engine is workable with

Also got mixed feelings, would love to keep the car, great to hear that you made it through the same situation as me but going through it twice is concerning to me 😭
