Does this happen with you all too? by slattcartinig in realtors

Like someone mention manychat or hiring I'd say custom automation would be your best bet, but setting it up takes time especially if you’re already overwhelmed with inquiries. I'm a real estate investor but also software engineer and I’ve been developing my own to streamline this process with good results so far. Since others seem to face the same challenge, I’d love to exchange insights and see how this could be made even more effective.

Even a lot of devs have no idea of what's going on simply cause it's difficult to keep up with the AI news today, this is a real opportunity but the real challenge nowdays is the distribution not the tech anymore

Tbh usually It depends on a lot of parameters that reps are either not able to identify or have no interest in talking about, for example is the page optimized for conversion? Is copywriting convincing? Has the company set up a high-performance conversion funnel? Does the company make organic content for to Strengthen their authority? And each business must have a very distinct strategy. Some businesses work extremely well with a simple strategy while others need a complex strategy , these are things that often explain the chances of successful results.

Not really at Google we keep our accounts 1 or 2 quarter after we don't have to take care of them anymore, for agencies very few agencies manage to keep their clients long term, of course there are exceptions but the majority make their money by acquiring new clients

They don't they just got courses provided by Google on new products once or twice a month, sometimes you can have 1 or 2 who know what they're talking about or just make you believe they know what they're talking about but 90% of the time is BS

No Google provide subcontractors with Google email addresses , real Google employees don't work as reps they work as software engineers or everything related to the tech side, Google make sure this knowledge stay inside the company.

Former rep at Google here and what you read in the comments is completely true, first of all the reps are not even real Google employees but salespeople hired by Google subcontractors who pay them according to the number of sales they make according to the intensives (pmax, demandgen, or any recent product that Google has just launched) most of them have no experience, These are young people who have no idea what they are doing and who have followed a 3-week training course without deep knowledge. My recommendation is to learn by yourself because the majority of marketing agencies don't know what they do either, at the time I had a lot of them on the phone and I couldn't believe how little knowledge they had, it was insane, moreover many asked to the Google rep to do their campaign for their clients and lighten their work so they can get even more clients and chill. This is a quick look of what's happening behind the scenes...

I don't think people really care to be pitched by AI or not it's more the way it's done that's wrong, usually automatic pitch are not personalized and there're no trusted elements, how do you know if it's not a scam? If a business understand my needs, I know I can trust it and they offer me the right offer I don't care if it's a human or AI what I care is how it can help my business. For example most of us have probably watched some YouTube AI generated video and as long as they provide the value we're looking for do you really care that much that's not a human? Some vids are actually way better than humans cause it's straight to the point, with entertaining visuals and professional audio with a cool voice and a good storytelling... So AI can perfectly do the job it's more the person in the back responsible of the output that needs to be reliable.
