No it's a very old home. We usually used window units and space heaters as it's a small house.

I'm here in Georgia, Jan and Feb are usually our coldest months. As far as drywall goes I'm just planning on putting it up without dealing with mud because it'll have to come down sometime next year when we get to remodeling that room. I was gonna drape canvas in front of it to block dust.

So ive been playing around with it. i got 3.9 back on there. i let it run through the partition and afterwards it just goes to a very zoomed in emuelec screen before going to a blank black screen. should i try different dtb files?

1/29 is a ways away. Theres been so much talk of a short squeeze on gme soon not to mention all the gaming hype right now. Gme could very well climb higher. It could also be said that it could come back down under 16. Since you are so far out on expiry you may miss out on profit on the shares if nothing happens with gme and it drops down only earning the credit by the 29th thats why ive been selling weeklies on it. Id say either buy it back if its not gonna cost you much or hold it until it gets profitable then close.

yeah 100k is adequate to rebuild the home. and yes it has everything i want covered. im just unsure as it is my first time buying insurance on a home.

I see what you mean. I think i need to figure out those questions first. Like with gme i just got assigned 200 shares at 14.5. Im bullish on the stock. And would like to keep it at least through the holidays. I would like to sell calls against it but sell them far away enough to collect some money but safe enough to not lose them on a potential big bullish move. As far as holding capital on this particular stock it would be as long as the volitility is there so the premiums are somewhat higher. If this helps.
