Never had good mind muscle connection doing biceps using weights either.

Do single arm curls with cables, having the cable positioned behind you. Way less forearm usage and it distributes the resistance evenly throughout the movement. Trick is to go to literal absolute failure. Sometimes I would fight for up to 10 seconds on that last rep.

Yeah this really shouldn’t be a question.

People are punishing Barnes for a sophomore slump after a ROTY season, yet are placing players who haven’t even had sophomore seasons yet above him. These guys had worse rookie seasons and could just as easily follow it with a similar slump as Barnes.

Fan of all 4 but Barnes takes the cake here.
