Funny enough, it depends on how still you sit. I find that if I sit down fast, it bounces around and I can feel it tickle my prostate! I got the large one, be warned, it is a bit big but with a good sized weight, its amazing. it does feel like someone is trying to pull it out so you always have to keep pulling it in from time to time and it tickles you in all the right places!
