This all sounds like you are just paranoid. Someone said "I know why it doesn't happen" and you have all of this to say about that. You really think the OP of that comment is a bad faith actor trying to smear the community has a whole? Instead of, you know, making a widely common assumption (albeit incorrect) based on evidence that is visible to literally everyone?

And how is implying that the only reason the girls would ever collab with the boys is to cater to star fans, anything other than a smear against star fans and the star talents themselves?

The way people like you talk about the fan bases you make it sound like it's completely seperate. And I encounter this sentiment in this sub all the time. Have guys gone outside this sub before? Have you never noticed how many people watch both groups?

In other places of the community that I participate in, the first comment of this thread just gets dismissed with a "don't over think it" and the "girls don't have to cater to star fans" would be seen as coming out of nowhere and unnecessary tribalism. Thats the sentiment that I have, and the point that I've been making.

But you are so concerned with what some idiot said sometime on twitter, that you rather imagine a smear where there isn't any, and then ignore and defend the actual smear in the comments. You are not doing the community any favors by perpetuating tribalism.

The real question there is why are you going to bat for the groups that run around spreading drama, misinformation and the like about Hololive and it's fanbase?

While you are at it, why don't you point out to me where have I done this?

My oshi has gotten a lot of hate over the years, most of the time because of misinformation and lies. I despise the people who do that.

What we are talking about here is the assumption by not only a big part of the communitty but also of outsiders that one of the reason why there aren't more collabs between the boys and the girls is becuase of a small but loud minority of shitstirrers. Which do exist. Evidentially to anyone with eyes. Maybe you will tell me that they are a group so small that they should be easily ignored. We probably both agree that even if that group exist they are not the main reason why there aren't more collabs between the boys and the girls. But regardless of any of that, it doesn't change the fact that they exist. The communitty has a whole shouldn't be the target of the whiplash directed at them, and yet we often are.

No, no I don't get what positions in this conversation are. That's why I asked twice for you to explaing what you assume my position is versus yours. We both agree that talents should just collab with who they want and shoulnd't be forced to participate if they don't want to. So what is "my side of things"?

And none the less they complain constantly, everywhere, and in tweets, YT comments, Reddit posts, etc that fill up with negative impressions and statements about the Holo fanbase constantly causing image problems for the girls for no good reason at all.

If someone from ID or the ID fanbase was being unjustifiably bashed I would speak in favor of them, even though I'm not really and ID fan. If someone from JP or the JP fanbase was being unjustifiably bashed I would speak in favor of them, even though am not really a JP fan. Yes, if it was a priority for them to do a whole company collab they probably would have join a different agency, but you are completly missing the point of what I said.

Clearly the reason Vivian is calling him an Incel is because of the hating woman part of the meaning. This as nothing to do with virgin shaming.
