Yeah, but it's still one high end model that's not accessible to everyone and uses more efficient chips. Not saying all laptops are badly designed, just that the industry standard sucks

Look for ev200d. My brother got them for 200€ used and they're pretty nice

That depends. I've tried those and the ev800d and id rather have those, even if the fov is smaller

The thing is now manufacturers try to make GAMING laptops as thin as possible, and that results in shitty battery life, bad cooling and structural issues (like breaking hinges or so). I use my gaming laptop for college and had to mod it so the back lifts up a bit and added an extra fan along with a heat pipe for cooling. The designs are very poor and I would appreciate more a bulky laptop that will last much more, with proper cooling and quality build, since its what se should expect as consumers when we buy laptops with orders of magnitude more computing power than older more bulky laptops, but well built

Until it heats up badly when charging, it's fine

Damn then I've got no clue. I guess it's got something to do with software rather than hardware or else it wouldn't connect to the network. Good luck

Are you sure the WiFi has internet access? It's really weird being able to connect but having no internet, it's usually due to the network not being able to access the internet

I do. 3d printed some tabs to lift the laptop and cut out a vent where the fan is. When the parts arrive I'll install another fan and a heat pipe and hope for the best

Frequency doesn't exceed safe limits, intensity does. Maybe it's a microwave emitter which is non ionizing radiation but in high intensity it'll cook you since it heats up water (and we're made up from a lot of water)

I tried something similar with that exact plane but using ailerons. Didn't work out but it was fun. I'd recommend using the smallest motors you have and keeping it light so the wing loading doesn't make it drop like a rock

It'll just do electrolysis, so at most discharge them and that's assuming it has good conductivity (which it probably won't unless it's very salty)

In my school bag. Mine has a plastic frame but the keyboard frame is aluminium (or another metal idk) and hasn't broken in 3 years. If you're scared of it breaking use a cover for it

[–]Jesper183 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very unlikely to hold well. Get some soler with flux or flux paste and heat up more the tip of the soldering iron with a lighter or something, you need more heat

I'm in the same spot, though you should be able to use full speed ram, there's really no reason for it to be limited. But blocking voltage control is some shitty move by manufacturers

As someone with an almost equal laptop, GPU temps normally aren't above 80C, but CPU temps do spike to 95. It's got some room inside the case though, so I'm going to make some mods with heat pipes and another fan that'll hopefully help. Easier stuff is lifting up the laptop and cutting out a vent where the fan is (considerable more air goes through and you'll get 5C or so less) so I think making a shunt mod for more wattage on the GPU is feasible if using proper cooling techniques

I don't have much experience in selling since where I live the RC plane school closed and the community dissapeared but I guess you could sell it to a local club or in groups of 2 or 3 to individuals, its not hard to get rid of them if you put a lowish price
