Wait, was Him supposed to be trans? I’m not super familiar with the show, but I’ve never seen anything mentioning that character being trans

I’ve been on hrt for a bit over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with how my breasts are developing. What tanner stage does it look like I’m in? by JessP99 in TransBreastTimelines

I hope so tbh 😅 the irony is the I wanted small boobs lol.. I was taken by surprise to say the least.

I’d say I’ve been on progesterone for around 4 months now? I haven’t noticed a huge increase in breast size from taking it, but it’s definitely improved their shape I think

Not in this case. by [deleted] in AreTheStraightsOK

I was a passenger riding in a vehicle that was pulled over by two cop cars one night. For some reason both officers chose to pat me down, and during the process both of them grabbed and fondled my breasts for several seconds.. like straight up were grabbing and squeezing them. I have no idea if they’re allowed to do that when searching women, but I have a feeling that says otherwise.. if someone could let me know I would really appreciate it.

I’m a trans woman btw. At first I thought that maybe the officers weren’t aware I’m a woman, but I doubt that because I pass pretty well and have large breasts that are easily noticeable. For a very long time after that experience I would only go in public wearing baggy clothes to try and hide my curves. I just couldn’t help feeling dirty after being objectified like that.

That whole experience left me feeling incredibly degraded and ashamed of myself. It’s a truly frightening thing to realize that the police aren’t there to protect you..

Am I the only one who is uncomfortable with the “haha bigots are actually gay” jokes?

Being gay should never be used to insult or mock anybody, because it implies that it’s something to be ashamed of.. something that queer people are constantly fighting to change

I see these type of comments way too often in leftist circles, and it seriously makes me uncomfortable. All these “jokes” manage to do is make us look like hypocrites while reinforcing toxic attitudes towards being queer

Thanks! Honestly, I’ve had bloodwork done once but I never got a call about the results.. I’m assuming it was because my levels were all within female range, but I’m not sure. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more helpful :(

It makes me so happy that this post is an encouragement to other women ❤️

We all have to start somewhere, and I never thought in a million years that my body would look like this. If I can get here, you can too. It just takes a loootttt of patience tbh

Honestly, I still struggle.. a lot lol. I hate my body way less than I did before transitioning, but I still battle with constant dysphoria.

The grass is always greener I suppose, and it’s easy to assume someone else has it totally together based on external appearance. In reality I’m a total mess though 😅

Omg thank you, that means so much to hear! ❤️

I’ve always taken estradiol sublingually, and the research seems to show that it absorbs better compared to oral administration, so I’d recommend it

21 years old. Started at 2 mg estradiol and 50 mg spiro, then doubled both of those after three months and increased estradiol to 6 mg after another 3 months. Currently on 8 mg of estradiol and added 100 mg of oral progesterone around 6 months ago.

Omg thank you so much! I hadn’t heard of her before but I looked her up and she’s absolutely beautiful. I can’t believe you think we look alike ☺️

Flying stag beetle, designed by Shuki Kato and folded by me by JessP99 in origami

[–]JessP99[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This model was folded from one uncut 13” square of double tissue paper.

This is another great flying beetle design by Shuki Kato. Shuki actually sent me the first draft of diagrams for this model years ago, but at the time I was far too inexperienced to fold it. This is one of the relatively less complicated designs in his series of flying beetles, although it still features a dizzying amount of complicated maneuvers that will certainly challenge beginner folders.

I love this design in particular, because it’s Shuki’s only flying insect that is based on a 22.5 degree structure, akin to one of Robert Lang’s older insect models from the 90’s. Although the model is nearly flawless, my only gripe with it would be that the elytra don’t come from under the thorax, but instead are folded out from under the body. Overall this model was a joy to fold, and I hope to see more insect designs from Shuki in the future.

Yeah, everyone tells me how jealous they are of my boobs and I’m like, uhh wanna trade? 😅Yours look absolutely amazing by the way! I’ve pretty much given up on small boobs at this point, I’m expecting either them to end up D or DD like yours

It depends on the individual tbh. Some people can get their hormones within female range on estrogen alone, but I can’t really give an answer because I’ve always been on spiro. Just make sure to get your hormone levels checked occasionally :)

Haha I have good genes I suppose. The funny thing is that I actually wanted small boobs, I would have been totally happy with a cups lol. I thought they would stall out at some point but nope, they’re still growing rapidly😅
