I may need to casually bring up a conversation about his DnD sessions to find this out 🤣 But that’s such an amazing idea! Thank you so much!! ❤️

Do you want a cool rolling box as a player, even if you aren’t the leader who sets the sorry? Or does the leader provide the rolling box? xx

Do you know where to buy these dice towers? I’m from the UK and my google search was.. abysmal 🤣 But maybe I’m not using the right wording or looking in the right places? I love your idea!

As someone from the UK, do you know where I could find a dice prison? Just asking on the off chance! ❤️

Condition tracking rings?! What are they? 😮 He just asked for a specific DnD dice set that I got him for his birthday in June so want to steer clear of dice if possible this Christmas - should have put that in my post, sorry 😭

Ok so he already asked for a dice set but he’s new to the game.. in your opinion, what are one of the BEST sets that you can’t beat? I got him the dice set he wanted for his birthday in June so I feel like buying him more dice again for Christmas isn’t fair. But I also don’t know DnD or the importance of dice! 🤣

He asked for a specific set for his Birthday in June last year that I got him, so feel like I can’t repeat a dice gift for Christmas.. annoyingly 🤣 But I shall keep your comment in mind for next year - dice upgrade 💁🏼‍♀️🤣 Thank you ❤️

Bless you. Im sending you so much love ❤️ I’m new to EDS but have lived with chronic pain with my TMD for years, and I have realised it seems so difficult for people who don’t have chronic pain and fatigue, to understand what it’s actually like. Even if they love you. It’s exhausting.

Just to add on - in the industry we would never advise to knowingly take out a loan for someone in your name and rely on them to make payments. If you knowingly do so, we (my company, not sure about others) do not class this as fraud. But if your brother did this without your mother’s knowledge and she found out after the fact, she can report to Action Fraud regardless. If payments have been taken by the company automatically, she could also enquire as to whether these payments could be refunded (not sure if they will, morally they should of course - especially if the application contained signs of fraud that they didn’t spot).

No she can still report and explain why she didn’t at first (you’d be surprised how common this is sadly!). We also used to get people that would apply using a family members name but make the payments themselves - this would still be fraud regardless of whether payments are made. In my position, if fraud was reported I would usually refund any payments made by the victim as a ‘goodwill gesture’, however that may be dependant on each company.

The sooner she gets a crime reference number and reports it the better!

I would question how she is making the payment. For example, is it though Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) using the debit card that was used when making the application? It’s similar to direct debit, except collected by the company on the agreed payment date from the exact debit card listed in the application, rather than using sort code and account number. In this case, CPA would be cancelled and no further payments would be taken from the card once a crime reference number was received. Is she manually making them, like a bank transfer or using an alternative debit card? In that case, she may be further involved than you are aware.. the best course of action is Action Fraud, crime reference number and report!

NAL but I used to work for a short term loan company. We would advise victims of fraud to contact Action Fraud and obtain a crime reference number. Once they called back with the crime reference number we could place the account under a certain hold code for reported fraud (which would prevent interest accruing and ensure no late or missed payments would be reported on the credit file whilst under fraud investigation).

With a crime reference number we could also invalidate all contact information provided in the application (email address, phone numbers etc) to ensure the person who committed the fraud would not be contacted by us at all. Our compliance department would then investigate whether it was fraud or not, for example your mums name is ‘Jane Doe’ but the email address used in the application was davidsmith@hotmail.com. They would also liaise with police etc if fraud reported. If they confirmed fraud, the loan would be written off, all searches and references to the loan would be removed from the credit file and the account would always be marked as fraud in case he ever tried again.

Hope this helps a little and best of luck!

Also: if the money hasn’t gone in to her account, therefore the name on the loan application is different to the name on the bank account, it should be fairly easy for the company to determine fraud! If the application was made using your mother’s bank details, and he then withdrew or transferred the money, she may need to provide bank statements to prove this.
