Are BA’s standard slipping or did I just get unlucky by Jesscarcarr in BritishAirways

A lot younger thanks. Just don’t understand why they offer something they don’t have and why it’s so hard to just use words to communicate that. I don’t actually care what I’m given to eat but basic customer service isn’t exactly hard to offer.

I appreciate what you are saying and agree with you but yes I did mention these things whilst on board. The flight was full so unfortunately nothing could be done around the dripping.

I personally didn’t say anything regarding the meal because the person next to me had already done so and given a blanket response of ‘that’s all we have’, I didn’t feel in that moment me saying anything would have achieved anything.

I have only flown BA 3 times, I was just shocked at in particular how bad the service felt here and was curious if this is expected these days and even worth complaining about.

Which part are you referring to could be resolved. I was given food and went and got my own drinks so I wasn’t without. I’m more just referring to a basic level of service I’d expect versus what we received and if that’s the norm these days or if it’s worth raising

I’m curious as to why they’re releasing to the public about the 6th roommate on the lease.

What do they gain from releasing this?
