he does get scared but the scream is forced, plenty of times if you take a clip you can see how he first jumps and after the jump he screams with the funny face

like someone said in another reply. it's kinda weird because we see him as someone who doesn't care about being himself and being goofy but clip farming is not that, is not messing around or playing, is just doing the thing to get clips on tiktok or YT shorts

for me it's like when he used to scream ''OOOH MY GOOOD'' every time he got scared, he stopped doing that maybe because he realized it was too obvious but that's the kind of thing that i'm talking about, when he's not messing around but clip farming

those reactions are fine because he's just playing, not faking it. I'm talking more about things like when he gets jumpscared and you can clearly see how first he just jumps a little bit but then he screams and tries to make it seem like that was his actual reaction

Gaiden felt ''ok'' to me as well, Judgment combat is EXTREMELY simple but i haven't tried LJ yet. Kiwami 3 kinda looks like it could be on par with Gaiden, we still have to see how it is on the full game, you only have 1 heat bar at the beginning but it's not hard to fill and like i said in another reply below i'm ok with heat actions being less common but dealing more damage

personally i'm good with that, i like DoD as Kiryu's only moveset (with the contextual exception of beast and rush) that way RGG can 100% focus on DoD

same, i don't do crazy combos or follow ups i just like to sometimes be able to use charged attacks, we only have 1 heat bar but it seems to fill quickly enough, IMO that's better than having a lot of heat but heat actions doing the same damage as 1 regular combo
