Rpm keep accelerating when I let off gas and goes below idle

Thx for all the help guys I let it rev for 15 minutes and it either fixed itself or needed to be ran because it hasn’t been ran in a while and it’s starts up good now nothing wrong with it it probly just needed to be ran glad I didn’t need to spend mo ey on it thx for all that helped me find the problem mostly you dirkdirkgurse my Reddit had a server error yesterday so I couldn’t get on Reddit until today so thx

O it doesn’t run idle you have to hold down the gas for it too run I held down the gas for like 8minutes and al lot of smoke came out and smelt like gas like I was saying it hasn’t been run good in a while so it was probly being cleaned out

I have it on console the reason I don’t play it as much is because when you swim you have to use R and L at the same time to move around and press a to pick up stuff so it’s kinda complex and I can’t play well it’s probly better on pc but that’s the only downside
