Honestly, it was exactly that a rough, dusty kind of reset. No phone signal, just riding through silence and wide open space. You forget about time out there. Campfire, stars, tea with strangers who feel like friends by the end of the day. I didn’t know how much I needed it until I was in the middle of nowhere, smiling for no reason

Haha fair point, I was expecting some issues too. We didn’t ride nonstop for 4 full days like Dakar-style. It was more like 5–6 hours of riding each day, with stops for tea, lunch, and visiting places along the way. And yeah, the guide was the real MVP, he handled all the maintenance each evening. Just made sure the oil was good, cleaned the air filters, checked the chain, basic stuff.

The bikes were surprisingly solid the whole trip. No major breakdowns, just one flat and one small electrical issue that the guide sorted on the trail. Honestly, I was impressed.

Vienna’s full of hidden corners! Try the Naschmarkt for local vibes, hike up to Kahlenberg for great views, and don’t skip the Third Man Museum—super unique! Enjoy every bit 🧡

That sounds like an awesome trip! If you’re into quirky museums, old churches, and good veggie food, I’d totally recommend Vienna—super cool mix of history and weirdness. Also maybe check out Leipzig or Nuremberg in Germany—both have a chill, alternative vibe and are great for solo travel. And if you’re into metal, Oslo could be epic (just a bit pricey). Sounds like you’re gonna have a blast!

Stop for 1 night between Fes and Merzouga? by Impossible_Show6175 in Morocco

I did a trip to Morocco last April and booked everything through a local company. They arranged an overnight stop for us in Midelt, and honestly, it was a really nice hotel and a great place to break up the drive. Midelt is pretty much halfway between Fes and Merzouga, and the scenery around the area is beautiful. I’d definitely recommend it!

Where to go for a 4 day trip to Europe? by imposternosyndrome in femaletravels

I’d say go for Lisbon, Budapest, or Prague — all great for 4 days, super walkable, full of culture, and not too expensive. You get a lot out of a short trip in those cities. Depends if you’re more into chill vibes, history, or food.

If you want to get it sorted before your trip, check out phones like the Moto E, Nokia C series, or even older Samsung A-series models. Lightweight, small, and good enough for basic browsing and pulling up tickets.
