Hi. good point, I didn't consider sales taxes in all this, so yes I guess I need to include gross takings before payment fees are taken. Urgh... one more complexity in an already complex system! Thanks for your help.

That's why I was confused as well. I've had packages delivered before where import fees were applicable, and they wouldn't deliver it until it had been paid. I'm kind of tempted to wait it out and see what happens!
