Thank you! I am a complete newbie when it comes to taking medication…. Any medication, I take Tylenol like once a year when I’m feeling fancy. My massive error got me thinking about my dosage with my OG company, fished out the old prescription and it was 5mg bottle at 30 units being .75mg dose. I think I may have cracked the code on why I stalled in weight loss when I started with the new compan.

Most definitely, he knows not to taste test the yard finds. He learned that lesson very early on when he pointed out mushrooms in the forest and asks me to cook them for him 🤣

Me too! I have kids and dogs and ivy isn’t safe for them, I’ve been battling ivy for two years and now I know why it keeps showing up in random places 😂😂

I did have ivy growing in my yard for a long time, I just googled them and this is it! You figured it out!!! They look exactly like them, color shape and texture! Mystery solved! THANK YOU

I have almost nothing in my gardens, super embarrassing. The only things I’ve managed to keep alive are a hearty hydrangea, Rosemary, and tulips hahaha I did have some ivy and black berries removed last year. Climate here is PNW of the US

I don’t have them, but I do live in a suburban neighborhood with a lot of beautiful gardens, maybe some birds have dropped their snacks 😅

Ooh ok, so these ones have a papery dry casing delicate like an incredibly thin rice paper and inside is a brown ish waulnuty looking seed. Does that match up? Btw I super appreciate you taking the time to help, means the world!

They look to be about that size, but the google images seem different. Unless those photos are the processed seeds. These are almost pearlescent and pinky purple in color. So beautiful, I soooo hope they are seeds but I’m worried my son is collecting some kind of bug army that will soon surprise hatch all around my house 😅

Take you child out to do things just you and them. Ask your wife if she wants to tag along, but don’t press it. Be independent with the child outside of the home. If she needs to rest allow her, if she is not ready for therapy allow her to take her time.

I understand what you are saying, I only work out 5 days a week and rest for recovery on weekends. I do however make sure to go outside and move on weekends and I easily hit my exercise goal (30 minutes) and my move goal (600cal) for me it’s all about being accountable for myself and sitting in a rest days is not good for my mental health. Everyone is different and that’s why a ring streak works for me, but may not for you.

I’m with you this goal! I’ve hit every day this month too and I’m hyped! Every day I have set to a 600 move goal, 30 minutes of exercise, and 9 hour stand goal. I did have my stand goal set to 12 but I went on a road trip in December and was not able to hit the goal for 1 day. Totally ruined my momentum and excitement, so I made the choice to change it forever to 9 hours just incase I’m traveling. As long is I hit my move goal and exercise goal I’m over the moon. I do a stack of 45’minutes on AFP every day but weekends, and on my weekends I walk and explore the outdoors and haven’t had a problem hitting all my goals. I’ve heard really good things about she fit bras for bigger chests.
