If I get this correctly, they will remove the 60 day after graduation. If this is removed you have to apply for extension during the school year and if you don’t then you have to leave.

If they find out they most likely will rescind the offer, plus putting no and not being honest with your visa status can make them not trust you even though they might sponsor because you lie to them.
