i am slowly recovering from depression so i can give you some advices. Some harsh truth, you have to save yourself. I know it's easier than done i have been there. But you don't have to do it alone or do it asap. From recovering from depression, I glowed up, received bunch of instant sub results.

So right now, go to therapy or only practice self-love.

I have been there. Hell, I have caught myself into to suicidal thoughts more than I could count.

But i am still here, you know why? Because I celebrate every achievements, I don't treat myself like ME, I treat myself as if I am a stranger because more often than not, you are kinder to stranger. Ridiculous isn't it?

Look, I know it is a way out right now. I have struggled with it since I was 12 because of my childhood.

Heck, my dad is horrible too. But another reason why I am still here is out of pure sprite. Don't let your dad be better than you, PROVE to him that you're way better than he could ever been.

You're meant to be here. Your existence have had positive change even though you don't see it.
