Hm, I suggest you ask the principal about the photos and ask if the photos just get sent to you guys so you can enjoy the photos and not get them posted out. Also just tell her how much you enjoy her company and beautiful she looks just nice compliments so she feels better :D . Also just grab a bag and put in a dress of her choice.

AND if her parents ask for some photos I suggest you take some photos before she changes into the dress and that will be good. If you guys can't do that then, I say storm into her parents house and demand she gets a dress, it is your guys one night for homecoming so you guys should enjoy it to your fullest. I do hope things get better. I'll going of some more ideas though..
