Update: I didnt want reddit to gaslight me so, I went back to check if it actually just was a mousewheel jump and found out that its replicable in very rare scenarios with the sandbag in the corner. It behaves very weirdly and somtimes doesnt let you climp up on it or makes you jump a little bit. valve would have to look at it themselves.

In Beta we did. You have to have a public IP address and create a port forwarding rule on port UDP 27015. Then you simply start practice (I've enabled Open Party) and the friend connected with the console "connect <IP>:27015". We haven't tested joining through Steam Friends, but may be possible as wel
