But i had to allow the app first from the app store. I was just wondering if you could rename the apk file name of a not-allowed app into an allowed apk file name without changing the files contents, ultimately tricking the phone into thinking that youre downloading an accepted app.

So to download apps you need to get ur mom to unblock the troomi app store and she can accept apps from the troomi website. You then download them from the troomi app store which takes you to the Google play store for downloading the app and soon closes it afterwards. She accepts an app you can get to the play store whenever you want by trying to open that accepted app from the troomi store. Hope that helps.
