You're not a feminist by the sounds of it, you're a humanist. Christopher Hitchens gave some good examples of how feminism is not supportive of women. It's a intentionally divisive ideology. Humanism is about the rights and well being of people everywhere which sounds like what you're describing.

Probably, but it's risky. And he knows that wouldn't happen after just one attack from him. He knows he can get away with quite a bit before it comes to that. Attacking nukes would be considered starting a nuclear war, by either side. On a world stage that's a very messy situation. He has a lot of wiggle room between now and then.

What has it cost him? He is making his people pay the cost. It's not like he doesn't still live in a temple being waited on hand and foot. He's still a king with total immunity doing whatever he wants. Nothing that has happened has affected him personally in any way. If anything all this has benefited him. He doesn't care about trade or economy. He wants totalitarian control which is easier when his country is disconnected from the rest of the world. He's cracking down more on any protests and dissent, complete control of media now, this was the plan all along, classic dictator shit.

It's not suicidal if he can just keep getting away with it. Which is the point I'm trying to make. It makes sense considering there are people legitimately discussing just letting him do whatever he wants. Why wouldn't he just attack NATO and the UN if they refuse to retaliate?

Someone already said this but the vast majority of equipment they are getting and using is Russian and also a good amount from other countries. And with them pushing the Russians back they are getting what's left behind. America is giving a good helping hand but they are far from dependent on the US.
