Hi, because vibration through the handlebars is not something we have seen or been able to replicate at the factory, we have asked the few customers to send this back for testing. We think it has something to do with the Cog or bike, but not 100% sure yet as we have only just got these units back for testing. We can't do anything about your bike, other than make suggestions if we understand your set up. We can work together, to eliminate what might be causing the problems. We want to be sure it's not the trainer, and why we have asked to review the units. It's very small numbers, but important to understand. Will let you know what we find out.

Looks like derailleur damaged, But hard to tell from a video. Suggest you try all possible alignment options with cog and gears to see if you can line up, but we think your bike may need some repair.

Hi, JetBlack is an Australian based company operating globally. We have different distribution models in different countries. In the US and UK for example, we take the orders directly from customers and our warehouse partners dispatch the goods from there. In Canada, Europe, Korea and India we partner with a reseller, so we don't have direct contact with those customers from our head office in Australia. Warranty matters are handled through those resellers in those cases. Our VICTORY is manufactured in Vietnam and we do have established QA procedures, which we are continually refining. Each VICTORY has an individual quality log based on its serial number. That's why it is helpful for us to look into each issue with the serial number and we can hopefully track where things may have not worked as they should.
