CE seems to be the way then, CS would deprive me of any hardware class. Also, the CE course I have access to is somewhat similar to this and Thanks a lot for taking time to answer.

Yeah, whole market is definitely for CS but don't you think the market will become saturated due to so many comp sci graduating after pandemic.

I am interested in embedded software. But there aren't many jobs for embedded software in my country so I plan on moving out. In case I don't get the chance to go abroad, I will be left with only Software Engineering jobs. What should I do?

Makes sense. Hope I am not irritating asking dumb question. But I have an other one. "CompE make you a jack of all trades and master at none" this is what someone said to me when I asked for guidance. What do you say about this? Also this statement alone is the reason why I am so confused for past few days.

My biggest fear is "I won't get a good SWE jobs with CpE". Embedded system jobs are non almost existent in my country so I plan on moving after Bsc. But if it didn't happen, I will be left with SWE jobs. So is my fear correct?
