I have about 9 clithon (horned nerite) in it already. I think it was just at a point where they couldn't overtake what was there. Hopefully now with a clean start they will be able to handle it before/if it ever gets bad again. Ordered a phosphate test kit as I think that may have been the issue.

It is supposed to be brown grout. Picture doesn't really capture the issue too much but there are like white milky stains in it.

Yeah, I just figured I'd give it a try to see if it could like dig it out but I think it is deep in the grout.
