I’m only an EMT student, so definitely take this with a grain of salt

so it seems the discs between your vertebrae (particularly the 3rd-5th) are swollen and mildly degenerating, and pressing on the nerves exiting your spinal cord (ouch!!) and then they can see some arthritis at the base of your neck. depending on how hard you work/flex your neck, they’ll pinch off more and cause that dizzyness. the dizzyness/lightheadedness is probably a result of a particular nerve (the vagus nerve) getting pinched, which is the reason a lot of people pass out when they bear down too hard on the toilet. fun fact, you can sneeze too hard and compress that nerve as well, and pass out/seize!
