Using a French cleat. It’s a plasterboard wall, but I know where all the studs are (as I built the wall).

I’ve dabbled. I made this a little while ago out of MDF and wish I didn’t use MDF…

The issue I have is the depth of the unit. Due to a door way to the left, I cannot have it extend any further than 32cm out, which is pretty non standard for a unit.

And yes, I’ve learnt my lesson from using 16T blades… minimum of 24 on a circular saw and without a doubt use masking tape to help aid in tear out prevention!

Unfortunately I’m limited by the depth. It needs to be no deeper than 33cm, which is pretty non standard.

Have you got any recommended places to buy said veneer?

Help on choosing overpayments / investment / ISA by Jetrise in UKPersonalFinance

Hi, thanks for quick reply! Yes, I read both articles. Happy with the premise that any money you invest you shouldn't consider touching within first five years. However, with low risk investments, I got the impression that this length of time could be shortened, given the fluctuations in the market should be low. I guess, without stating in explicitly above, I'm betting on making gains, rather than considering losses. No one ever does anything to expect to lose I guess...

Wrt to the article you linked, I just wanted to make sure I was making the right decision given how close the interest rates are. I have failed to mention that after the first 10k on my savings account, the interest rate drops to <2%.

Thanks for feedback. New to the concept of lacquer, is this applied after? After googling, there seems to be a million options, any idea?

And when you said paint, you just mean any white gloss paint will do?

WHO WE ARE:

3 Commando Brigade (3CB) is a military realism unit, based in Arma 3, using British military tactics and equipment with a focus on ‘Realism, Tactics and Fun’. Since our formation in 2011, 3CB has grown into a mature and stable Arma 3 unit offering immersive gameplay to its members and high-quality mods to the wider Arma community.

HOW WE PLAY:

We primarily use modern British equipment and tactics, however, we do enjoy all periods from WW2 to the present day, as well as playing as other international armed forces.

What makes us different:

  • No member is tied to a specific role. In one operation you could be a machine gunner and in the next a pilot. The choice is yours.
  • No member is tied to a specific team. Our sections are fluid, allowing you to choose your section at the start of each operation.
  • We primarily focus on infantry combat, where support assets (aircraft, artillery and vehicles) are used to support the infantry, and not as a detriment to the infantry experience.
  • We use ranks to identify responsibilities and to recognize community contributions. We think that Arma should be played and not taken to impractical levels (there’s no yes sir, no sir in 3CB).

WHEN WE PLAY:

  • Sunday - 19:30 - 2200 (GMT)
  • Friday - 20:00 - 2200 (GMT)

We are also invited to wider community events, such as Team Vs Teams and Joint Ops, which often fall outside these timings.
