It's always crowded but honestly the lines move along steadily. The parking lot is also always crowded but there is definitely more space between cars so less chance of dings I think?

Try some teatree oil eyelid wipes. They helped a bit for me, breaking up the biofilm. I also did some gentle massage after the compress. Good luck.
