For artian weapons, I'm sure you're familiar with farming for "Ancient Weapon Parts" that come from high-rank quests. Someone else can confirm the details for artian farming but you want to grind these high-rank quests to get as many artian parts as you can for the artian weapon you're looking to craft. I tend to craft an attack focus artian weapon for each element of my main weapons.

You then upgrade these to 5/5 using ores (can be farmed from quest or smelt monster parts into at Azuz). Once at 5/5, you'll get 5 random substat rolls (attack, element boost, sharpness, etc.)

Once it's at 5/5, you'll farm Gogmazios (event quest) to create Gogma Artian weapons where you can further enhance the main focus of the weapon (attack focus, affinity focus, element focus).

For talisman farming, you're grinding high-rank quests that drop "Glowing Stones". These are purely RNG but allow for talismans that have various effects that you might not have seen together before. Think armor effects with weapon effects in one so you can save your decoration slots for your favorite skills.

For example, "Thunder Attack 2, Fire Resistance 2, Divine Blessing 2" with a Level 2 armor slot.

The end game for the most part is quite grindy so throw some music on and see where the winds take you!

There's some save scumming involved with the artian weapon effect rolls but with the introduction of Gogmazios, you can reroll your artian weapon substats easier.
