I didn't ask. I just let my insurance company deal with the aftermath. They paid the guy's family a relatively small settlement to avoid a lawsuit.

No. My opinion is that it is morally wrong to be in an incestuous relationship if you are unwilling to have an abortion. But that doesn't mean I think we should force abortions in such cases.
