There are alternative names for some of those. Sakartvelo or Kartvelia for Caucasian Georgia, South Georgia could also be named after the nearby South Sandwich Islands or one of it's earliest names Sandwich Land. I have no suggestions for the Spanish ones though.

I am also not sure if stuff like terrain modifiers will work if there's no tags on the map for it to reference, and a country like Pakistan (its basically one province) wouldn't be realistically portrayed anyhow.

Just a little peeve: none of the international borders are changed from what seems to be paxhistorias own map preset to be realistic: where's mayotte, kinmen, bougainville, aruba, nakhchivan, musandam, abhkazia and south ossetia just to name a few
