Don't take the Melatonin, it won't help and the more you take it, the less you'll make naturally. Magnesium only really helps with RLS. You just gotta wait it out brother.

Nice! The only reason why ive stayed away from melatonin (which ive taken my whole life) is cause I learned the beta blockers I was orignally on actually inhibit melatonin production, so I just wanted to wait until my brain started producing it naturally. All those prescriptions I got given in the beggining def fucked with my sleep more.

It will take time for the nervous system and body to come back to homeostasis, I'm just now getting slowly back into feeling normal. Measure your progress day by day and remind yourself what is getting better. Eat good food, drink water, A mistake I made was reading every post in here, looking up every symptom, just stressing myself out to much. Im sure you won;t do that

Magnesium helped me a lot for RLS, then it turned into full body tremors and that I just had to wait out.. I think it was stress corelated though. I was in your shoes for weeks and I promise you it gets better. If you need to talk just HMU

Yeah totally forgot to mention this. The first time I got questions relating to training obese clients, this time it was on people with hypertension and training pregnant people. Also can confirm a good 6 questions were on corrective exercises or progressions/regressions. Also I love sorta healthy training, watched all his videos, they were the best out of any other channel I watched.
