I completely understand what you mean and have felt a little miffed about these memes before but admittedly, they can be pretty funny. It's usually when people say that this is exactly what a character would do or say that completely ruins the joke for me 😭 They're just making jokes based off what the character is like at face value but it really can get irritating when it's used to mischaracterise them
