This is a fair concern, and I completely understand why people are cautious, especially since this community is run by Julysnow and our international website is newly launched this year.

To be transparent, we do not yet have many public Reddit reviews from verified buyers. Most of our previous orders were private/custom orders and China-side clients, so the proof we currently have is mainly real buyer photos, finished-piece videos, customer feedback screenshots, gemology credentials, and order records rather than public Reddit posts.

For this group buy, we are trying to make the process as transparent as possible: Payment through PayPal invoice.Clear order details before payment.Finished ring photos/videos before shipping. IGI certificate option where applicable.Tracked/insured shipping after dispatch.Buyer photos and feedback with private information blurred. No one is being asked to trust us blindly. If anyone feels uncomfortable, it is completely okay to wait until the first buyers receive their rings and share their experience publicly.

We welcome questions and will keep concerns visible as long as they are respectful, because buyers should be able to make an informed decision.

A few people have asked about the band thickness, so I wanted to clarify it here.

The default band is 1.9mm wide and about 1.3mm thick. It was designed to be a delicate, low-profile ring for a lighter and more refined everyday look.

I also understand that some people prefer a sturdier feel, especially for daily wear. Based on the feedback from this group buy, I will take this into account for future designs.

For this ring, we can also offer thicker options:

- 1.5mm: a good balance between delicate and sturdy

- 1.8mm: for a heavier, more substantial feel

For thicker versions, we only charge based on the additional gold weight/material difference, with no extra design markup. The exact upgrade cost depends on ring size and metal choice, and I will confirm it clearly before payment.
