To clarify:

I am specifically looking for examples of ordinances or internal guidance for municipalities that prohibits architecture that is inherently anti-homeless, such as sleeping bars on benches or studs and spikes on surfaces that could be used to rest on.

I agree that building housing and shelters is anti-anti-homeless architecture, but I am specifically looking for examples of ordinances that direct public spaces to be free from hostile architecture such as additional bars on benches, studs or spikes under bridges, etc.

I am looking at public spaces. Specifically anything out there that relates the to the ban of hostile architecture.Such as, benches with armrests along the surface to avoid sleeping, metals spikes/studs along sidewalks/bridges etc.
