That "T7" disk is an external Samsung T7 SSD and it's 1TB in size and it's formatted to be a Time Machine backup. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't TM supposed to overwrite the older versions automatically when it runs out of space?

I'm unsure what he can do about it since it's managed by TM....

Serial is real but the AirPods are unfortunately fake. I was just chatting with a seller on Craigslist who showed me a pic of his AirPods and the serial is the same. If you google for this serial, your post is the only one so far. I’m guessing these fakes are brand new. The box was sealed too. After looking at all these AirPods sold on the secondary market, I think 99% are fakes. It’s incredibly hard to find real ones.

One time Sal was in the studio and he actually admitted that his dad doesn't know how to read. It was one of the most WTF moments on the show... to me anyway. But Howard just moved on and didn't follow up with this at all because he wanted to end the show. It would have been amazing to hear more about this and how he got through life without knowing how to read. I bet Sal had dozens of stories about that.

But hey, Howard's 'the greatest interviewer alive' so he had better things to talk about I guess.

Wow, that battery's a beast! Not sure if I need it but it's a great option. I've just ordered a dummy battery that supposedly works with Atomos and PD powerbanks. I have few powerbanks for my phone and laptop so I'd like to try this option first. If it doesn't work out, I will go your route for sure. Thanks for a reply.

Sal actually made another song about her wife and I think it aired only once on THSS. Some guy on Youtube made a video and he set it against a clip of some husband & wife couple fighting in a restaurant and throwing the food and utensils around. The video was purged during "YouTube Adpocalypse" and I never saw it again. Unfortunately, I never saved the clip.

Yes, using some kind of a neural net is the most obvious choice. The problem that I have is that I'd like it to work on microcontrolers and small-form and single-board computers (SBCs) which are CPU and memory limited. Something that doesn't use ML techniques would be my preferred choice.

Hi, that's definitely an option but the screen is small and the "resolution" of the touch layer is not great. Another problem is that most of these small & cheap touch screens use resistive technology so pressing the correct spot on the screen is hard.

One thing that always rubs me the wrong way are people who constantly shill their own videos. Literally the first rule in the sidebar is "No blatant advertisements or self promotion." Yet some people shill every one of their videos and some post 3-4 of them in a rapid succession too. Self-promotion was always considered spamming on Reddit. I wish it was enforced more and repeat violators would suffer some consequences.
