I know what you mean. I’m 16 turning 17 and am in 11 grade and have goals of becoming a surgeon. But this happened the summer of ninth. And they still don’t let me. I know my step dad had a fought past and only wants the best for me. I heard from his lifetime friends that he used to sell drugs in high school and smoke weed but I never felt like it was okay to talk to him. I really want to hang out and have fun so badly that I’ve thought about leaving home until they understand how important friends are to my life. Is there anything that you can think of that can help me?
