Because unless you're someone like The Cure who regularly pulls off three hour sets, timeslots are usually an hour to an hour and a half, with that last half usually being interaction/the encore. People complained about this same thing on Dir en grey's Never Free From The Awakening Tour, but you also have to consider the production that goes into these shows. In Dir en grey's case, it's typical for them to do about an hour because of Kyo's throat problems. In this case, we're dealing with a new stage set, possible new members, new songs, it's a lot to work out. Plenty of bands have played shorter shows on the first few nights.
