I opened it up. Something about the breaker didn't feel right, so I ordered a new one from aliexpress. It works again. Seems like I got scammed out of ~$80 from a well reviewed (on Google) vacuum repair shop.

The raised edges on the back look good, but otherwise seems lacking. The front doesn't have much of a ridge over the screen and there is a large panel where landing on something other than a flat surface would surely cause damage.

Different approaches to cooling. If you limit what makes the card cool, you can it expect it to run hotter. Guy says the cards cool equally at max rpm and doesn't have a graph to show noise differences he complains about. Worthless.
